By opening an account you agree to abide by applicable AML/KYC rules, provide accurate information, and use the platform solely for lawful investment activity. Each plan has a documented mandate and eligibility requirements that must be met before funding.
Deposits remain the property of members. Nexo Invest manages strategies on a best-efforts basis, with all returns expressed as target yields rather than guarantees. Withdrawals may be subject to lockups or processing windows that are communicated in the dashboard.
